Tales of the Alhambra, Double Exposure, Granada, Spain
Acrylic on canvas, SOLD, 7/21/2012
18" x 24"

A mirrored, double image of a balcony in the Generalife, the guest palace in the Alhambra, Granada Spain. The right half of the canvas is a representation of how the balcony actually appears. The left half of the canvas is just a mirror image of the right side. Washington Irving slept on this balcony during his stay at the Alhambra, making notes for Tales of the Alhambra. So goes the lore (of JB).
